At 10:45 AM, witness the PREPARATION and DEMONSTRATION of Sardinia's typical pastas—su filindeu, sas lorighittas, sus culurgiones, and su succu—at Collegiu. Later, at 3:00 PM, enjoy a captivating DEMONSTRATION of Sos marigosos blancos in a charming historic mansion. The day concludes at 4:15 PM with a traditional costume VESTIZIONE display.
