Join us on Sunday, August 30th, starting at 9:30 AM for a GUIDED TOUR (reservations recommended) to explore Busachi's historic center, a treasure trove of history and local identity. At 10:45 AM, witness a PREPARATION and DEMONSTRATION of Sardinia's typical pastas: su filindeu, sas lorighittas, sus culurgiones, and su succu at Collegiu. Later, at 3:00 PM, enjoy a DEMONSTRATION of Sos marigosos blancos in a charming historic manor. The day concludes at 4:15 PM with a traditional costume display.
