The 12th edition of the Sagra de su Panie sa Tomata celebrates the authentic flavors of Sardinia in Maracalagonis. This event offers tastings of typical local products, hands-on workshops to learn how to prepare traditional dishes like 'sa fregula' and 'su gato', and artisan craft exhibitions. You'll also enjoy live music, country dances, and folk evenings for a complete cultural and gastronomic experience.
Indulge in classic Sardinian flavors with fresh bruschetta topped with local tomatoes, traditional Malloreddus pasta alla campidanese, and 'Petz'e brebei a cassola cun tomata frisca' – a delicious lamb stew with fresh tomatoes. Complement your meal with local bread, cheese, and sweet grapes, all paired with refreshing water or regional wine, and finish with delightful local desserts.
