The traditional Sagra de San Piero in San Pier d'Isonzo offers a rich program of events, music, and gastronomy. During the festival, the kitchen will delight visitors with delicious typical dishes, accompanied by a well-stocked wine bar and an excellent brewery. There will also be dance nights, concerts, vintage car and motorcycle gatherings, and the unmissable tombola (bingo) games with generous prizes.
Indulge in a variety of local flavors, from hearty first courses like gnocchi and pasta to savory main dishes such as cevapcici, gulash, and grilled meats like pork ribs, loin, chicken, and sausages. Don't miss the traditional strudel, crostata, and omelettes for dessert. Complement your meal with draft beverages, a selection from the enoteca, or popular Italian drinks like Prosecco and Spritz.
The festival kicks off on Friday, June 19th at 7:00 PM with the opening of the Sagra, followed by a Latin-American night with DJ EDDY MARTIN at 9:00 PM. Saturday, June 20th features the LADY D Band at 9:00 PM and a Tombola game with a €2,000 prize at 11:00 PM. Sunday, June 21st starts with a vintage car and motorcycle gathering at 8:30 AM, live music with I BIRBANTI at 12:30 PM, a dance school exhibition by JUST DANCE at 5:30 PM, and a performance by PATTY FABBRI at 9:00 PM, concluding with another Tombola at 11:00 PM. The festivities continue on Friday, June 26th with a 'Lucciolata' charity walk for 'Via di Natale' accompanied by the local band at 7:30 PM, and 'Battito Italiano' by RADIO GIOCONDA at 9:00 PM. Saturday, June 27th brings FABIO CORAZZA to the stage at 9:00 PM, followed by a Tombola with a €2,000 prize at 11:00 PM. Sunday, June 28th offers music with TRIO DOMACE at 12:30 PM and RENZA GLAMOUR at 9:00 PM. The grand finale on Monday, June 29th includes a Patron Saint's Mass at 6:00 PM, music by GIULIANO e i BARONI at 9:00 PM, a Tombola with a massive €5,000 prize at 11:00 PM, and a spectacular fireworks show at 11:30 PM. The kitchen opens at 12:00 PM on Sunday, June 21st, 28th, and Monday, June 29th. On all other days, the kitchen opens at 7:00 PM.
