The ancient Sagra de le Raze (Duck) in Staranzano, one of the longest-running and most famous festivals in Friuli Venezia Giulia, brings the town to life for 11 days with culture, music, cuisine, and tradition. The festival kicks off on August 28, 2026, at 6:00 PM in Piazza Dante with the official inauguration, followed by a performance by RUGGERO DEI TIMIDI CON SHYLAND SHOW at 9:00 PM. August 29 is packed with events, including the opening of the 'OGNI GIORNO MAMMA' photo exhibition at 7:00 PM in Fronte Biblioteca, and multiple music acts like GEROLIN (8:30 PM, Esterno Sala del Bianco), BIG BAND THEORY (9:00 PM, Piazza Dante), ROCKSIDE TRIBUTO BATTISTI (9:00 PM, Area Parrocchiale), and more. August 30 features the STARANZANO BUSKERS FESTIVAL from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM across all festival areas, plus children's readings and evening music.
