The highly anticipated Sagra de Caplèt returns for its 16th edition in Porto Fuori. This is a significant event for the community, offering excellent food, with strictly handmade cappelletti, and a wide selection of main courses. The program includes night bike rides, tournaments, live music, stargazing, and a craft market.
Indulge in a variety of traditional Italian delights! The stars of the show are the handmade cappelletti, available in several delicious preparations: classic with ragù, gourmet versions, vegetable options, in broth, or 'pasticciati'. Beyond pasta, savor grilled meats like castrato chop, mixed grill, and grilled sausage, some served with potatoes. For lighter bites, enjoy piadina with various fillings such as cured meats and cheese, sausage, or vegetables. Sweet treats include Nutella piadina, and refreshing drinks like draft beer, Coca Cola, and cocktails are also available, alongside crispy french fries.
The festival is packed with activities from Friday, September 18th to Monday, September 21st. Each day features a Mercatino Hobbisti (Craft Market) and creative workshops for kids. Friday highlights include a Burraco tournament, the 'Biciclet & Caplèt' night mountain bike excursion, a children's concert by Andrea Lama, and folk dances with Club Maurys. Saturday offers Baseball Ravenna, Dodgeball demonstrations, Sport Fishing, a Capoeira Dojo exhibition, a Beccaccino tournament, and live music from the 70 MI DA...80! band. Sunday kicks off with a 'Pulizia Energetica' holistic event, the 'Motori, Passioni e Caplèt' car and motorcycle rally, a youth cycling race, and 'Yoga della Risata'. The afternoon features country dancing with Cadillac Ranch and a DJ set, concluding with Renato Ricci on piano bar. Monday includes a Nordic Walking excursion, a Kendo exhibition by Scuola Kendo Ravenna Fudo Myoo, 'Boogie & Caplèt' dancing with DJ Paride, and a fascinating stargazing session led by Associazione ARAR.
