The Sagra dai Cjarsons brings the charming Carnic villages of Valle and Rivalpo to life every first Sunday of August, celebrating one of Carnia's most authentic dishes. Originally established to commemorate the opening of the road connecting the two villages to the valley floor, it's now a must-attend event for lovers of traditional cuisine. The festival offers music, tombola, and the chance to savor delicious cjarsons.

Join us on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at the Valle Social Center. The day begins at 9:45 AM with Holy Mass. Food stands open at 11:00 AM, followed by live music from 'MELODY MUSIC' from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. At 5:30 PM, try your luck at Tombola with fantastic prizes. The evening concludes with dancing to the sounds of 'DIE JUNGEN D' INCJAROI'.
