Three days to experience the Sabina region through culture, food and wine, music, and sports. This festival brings together 41 food stalls, local food festivals, conferences dedicated to local development, a wellness area with yoga and dance, and a family village with inflatables and interactive workshops.
Indulge in a variety of local flavors, from refreshing beers, wines, and cocktails to traditional Sabina pasta dishes like Fettuccine "co la Perza" and Fettuccine alla Trebulana. You'll also find a selection of artisanal products from the Sabina region, classic fried treats, and convenient street food options like hot dogs and sandwiches.
The Sabina Festival runs from September 25-27, 2026. Explore the fair area with stands featuring local products and crafts. Engage in daily conferences at the Grotta dei Massacci on topics like territory, development, health, sports, and tourism. Find your zen at the ASI Olistica & Wellness Village with yoga, dance, pilates, massages, and other well-being activities. Families can enjoy the Kids' Village, offering inflatables, interactive workshops, trampolines, and mini bumper cars. Food stalls and local sagre (food festivals) are open every evening, including the Sagra del Fritto (Fried Food Festival) by Comitato Festeggiamenti Osteria Nuova and Panini and hot dogs by Confraternita Torricella in Sabina throughout the festival. Don't miss the Sagra delle Fettuccine "co la Perza" by Pro Loco Toffia on Saturday, September 26, and the Sagra delle Fettuccine alla Trebulana by Pro Loco Monteleone Sabino on Sunday, September 27. The cocktail bar and beer/wine bar will also be open for lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
