The jury will be led by the Confraternita del Risotto and its Grand Master. It's a fantastic opportunity to enjoy great food, have fun, and savor various risottos, along with sandwiches, fries, beer, and wine.

📅 September 20, 2026: The 'rioni' face off in a cooking challenge to prepare the best risotto! 🍽️ Starting at 12 PM in the Cortile del Castello di Villanterio (Pv). The jury will be presided over by the Confraternita del Risotto and its Gran Maestro. Risottos, sandwiches, fries, beer, wine, and other drinks will be available.
