The 40th edition of Riso & Nose - Fiera di Nogara celebrates traditional recipes with a large expo area, conferences, live music, and a baby funfair. The event offers a rich program of evening shows and a wide gastronomic selection, including traditional risottos, Veronese cuisine dishes, and a pizzeria with gluten-free options.
Indulge in a diverse culinary journey featuring classic Italian pizzas, from the simple Margherita to unique local creations like the Nogara (with ham, mascarpone, Gorgonzola, and walnuts). Explore traditional first courses such as various risottos, including Risotto al tastasal and Risotto alla Nogarese, alongside homemade pasta dishes. For main courses, savor a selection of grilled meats, including different types of Arrosticini (skewers), hearty Cotoletta di maiale XXL, and local specialties like Piatto nostrano with salami and fried polenta.
