Risò – International Rice Festival returns to Vercelli from September 11th to 13th, 2026, for three days dedicated to rice, its culture, and the regions that produce it. The festival brings producers, experts, enthusiasts, and visitors from around the world to the heart of Italy's rice capital, transforming Vercelli into a grand stage for gastronomy, agriculture, innovation, and tourism. Through producer stands, showcooking demonstrations, tastings, talks, workshops, exhibitions, and tours exploring the rice paddies and the Vercelli area, Risò tells the story of rice not just as food, but as a defining element that unites landscape, history, culture, and tradition. The event also offers activities for children and immersive experiences to discover the world of rice farming up close.
