Promoted by the Municipal Administration and organized by the Ce Steva 'Na Vota association, this event features a historical market, tastings of ancient flavors, and captivating folk performances. The event spans two weekends, offering a rich program of activities. SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 5th kicks off at 11:00 AM with a historical costume parade along Corso del Popolo, featuring flag-wavers and musicians from the 7 Rioni Storici di Carpineto Romano and the BORGO GHETTO APS Cultural Association of Montecompatri. The official inauguration follows at 11:30 AM. At 12:00 PM, the Historical Market of the ancient Fiera di Grottaferrata opens, showcasing antique craftsmanship. Throughout the day, enjoy 'Antichi Sapori' tastings for both lunch and dinner. The Frittelle stand opens at 5:00 PM, with evening entertainment by the ERRESEI Folk Group performing 'Pizzica/Taranta' and popular music. SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 6th begins at 11:30 AM with the opening of the Historical Market. 'Antichi Sapori' tastings are available for lunch and dinner, and the Frittelle stand opens at 5:00 PM. The afternoon and evening will feature the SaltallAra itinerant dance group, celebrating Ciociaria traditions. FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11th offers a special Fagiolata dinner at 7:30 PM, followed by the ERRESEI Folk Group with 'Pizzica/Taranta' and popular music at 8:00 PM. SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 12th mirrors the previous Sunday's schedule: Historical Market opens at 11:30 AM, 'Antichi Sapori' tastings for lunch and dinner, Frittelle stand at 5:00 PM, and the SaltallAra itinerant dance group in the afternoon/evening.
