The Processione dei Misteri is Campobasso's most anticipated and significant event, taking place on Corpus Domini. This unique parade features 13 large 'living tableaux,' known as Misteri, carried on the shoulders of young people through the city streets. These ingenious structures are crafted from metal frames and colorful fabrics, creating the illusion that some characters are floating in mid-air. Each Mistero is dedicated to a saint and conveys a religious and moral message, offering a truly captivating cultural experience.
