The fourth edition of Ovaro's Pro Loco gastronomic event, dedicated to traditional Carnic dishes served in various themed 'corti' (courtyards). Starting Friday, July 31st, food stalls open with local specialties like arrosticini, porchetta, and salsiccia. Live concerts and a dance party follow on Saturday. Sunday features a market exhibition with a practical cheesemaking demonstration. Expect typical dishes such as grilled sardines, cjarsons, polenta with venison, frico, apple fritters, and crostoli.
