From 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, take a guided tour of the Fomet company with "Impresa, territorio, futuro" (Business, Territory, Future). Following this, from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM, enjoy "Cena in serra: il gusto delle tradizioni" (Dinner in the Greenhouse: The Taste of Traditions), a special dinner prepared by the San Gaetano Committee. The evening concludes from 8:45 PM to 10:30 PM with "Radici" (Roots), an inaugural performance featuring Elisa Cipriani, Luca Condello, Silvia Rizzi, and Viola Nelfi.
