The program includes 'Parole venete,' a performance celebrating Venetian words. For food lovers, there's 'The Life of Wheat from Earth to Table,' a workshop and tasting dedicated to pizza made with local products at 6:45 PM, featuring Caseificio Ghidetti, Latteria Paradiso, Forno Atipico, Bistronomia Perbellini, Pasticceria Perbellini, and Birrificio Fogliarubia.
