On Sunday, September 20th, the PIASE Festival 2026 makes a stop in Ronco all'Adige, at the historic Antico Manufatto Idraulico del Gangaion. This widespread festival from the Ecomuseo Aquae Planae (where 'piase' means 'pleasure' in the local dialect) runs from September 4th to October 18th, connecting 21 municipalities in the Veronese Plain through encounters, activities, and exploring the territory. The program includes 'Cycling among apple trees, waterways, and re-naturalized quarries immersed in the landscape of Ronco all’Adige,' 'Baila Atlantica,' 'Guided tour of the Antico Manufatto Idraulico del Gangaion,' 'Canoeing down the Bussè river,' and much more. For food lovers: an 'Experiential journey from quarry to home' at 9:00 AM, curated by Azienda Stabila and Ecomuseo Aquae Planae, with an aperitif by Panificio Pasticceria Caffè Manfrin. This unique experience tells the story of clay transformation. Many activities require advance booking on the Ecomuseo website.

Savor 'Fugazzin con i pomi,' a sweet apple pastry, and a rich 'Risotto con mela e speck' (risotto with apple and speck). From 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, embark on an 'Experiential journey from quarry to home' with Azienda Stabila. From 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, enjoy 'Cycling among apple trees, waterways, and re-naturalized quarries.' A 'Farm-to-table lunch: the taste of the territory' will be served from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, curated by Comitato Sant'Ambrogio di Tombazosana. Also from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, experience 'Baila Atlantica' with Filippo Dierico. A guided tour of the Antico Manufatto Idraulico del Gangaion is scheduled from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM. From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, you can go canoeing down the Bussè river with Canoa Club Legnago.
