The ASD Ceolini invites you to an unmissable triple weekend of flavor in a cozy, heated indoor area. This event offers three weekends dedicated to seasonal specialties, with food stalls open in the evenings and for Sunday lunch. The program includes themed nights like "Sardellata," "Noble Game Meats," and "Ossi de Porsel."
Indulge in a wide array of traditional Italian dishes, from crispy Frico cheese and golden French fries to rich mixed cured meats. Quench your thirst with water, coffee, or a selection of excellent local wines. Savor authentic side dishes like Brovada, hearty beans, sautéed mushrooms, roasted potatoes, and creamy Polenta. For dessert, enjoy sweet treats and the famous Combai Chestnuts. Pasta lovers will delight in Bigoli in salsa, Pasta e fasioi, and Tagliatelle al Capriolo. The main courses feature an impressive selection of meats and seafood, including Baccalà (cod), various game meats like Capriolo (roe deer), Cervo (venison), Cinghiale (wild boar), and Daino (fallow deer), alongside mussels, mixed fried seafood, grilled cheese, and local specialties like Muset con Brovada, Ossi de Porsel, Sardelle (sardines), and Sardelle in Saòr. For a simpler bite, Würstel are also available.
Join us for three delicious weekends: 📅 September 25th to 27th: 🍽️ "Sardellata" – A celebration of sardines and seafood, featuring bigoli in salsa, fresh and marinated sardines, frico, french fries, grilled cheese, beans, mussels, mixed fried seafood, würstel, baccalà, cuttlefish, and mixed cured meats. 📅 October 1st to 4th: 🍽️ "Noble Game Meats" – A feast for meat lovers, with tagliatelle al capriolo, mixed cured meats, cervo, capriolo, cinghiale, daino, polenta, mushrooms, frico, roasted potatoes, grilled cheese, beans, french fries, würstel, and Combai Chestnuts. 📅 October 8th to 11th: 🍽️ "Ossi de Porsel" – Experience this unique local specialty, alongside pasta e fasioi, radici e fasioi, frico, brovada, grilled cheese, beans, french fries, würstel, muset con brovada, and Combai Chestnuts. Food stalls are open Friday and Saturday evenings from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. On Sundays, they are open for lunch from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and again in the evening from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
