Now in its eighth edition, the Ottobrata d'Aspromonte is Santo Stefano in Aspromonte's premier autumn flavors fair. Indulge in craft beer, gourmet smashburgers, fried pizza, Calabrian arrosticini, and delightful local sweets. The evening comes alive with folk entertainment, jugglers, and street artists, culminating in a concert by Cosimo Papandrea and a DJ set by Joshua Giglio.
Prepare your taste buds for a feast! Our menu features a wide array of authentic Calabrian specialties and comforting autumn treats. Savor eight different styles of craft beer, along with sangria and mulled wine. For sweets, enjoy traditional ricotta cannoli, donuts, crêpes, maritozzi, and a selection of pastries and gelato. Hearty options include maccheroni with ragù, and a variety of local products like artisanal cheeses, honey, cured meats, and the unique Stroncatura pasta. Don't miss the street food delights, from mushroom arancini and roasted chestnuts to fried pizza, various burgers (including our signature smashburger), and savory paninis packed with local flavors like sausage, porchetta, and frittole.
📅 Saturday, October 17, 2026 - Santo Stefano in Aspromonte 🍽️ From 6:30 PM: Food stands open, offering craft beer, street food, desserts, and typical local products. 🚌 ATAM shuttles will depart from Piazza Garibaldi in Reggio Calabria at 3:50 PM and 6:30 PM, with return trips at the end of the event. Free shuttles are also available from Podargoni (3) and Mannoli (1) parking areas. 🎭 Enjoy lively entertainment with the folk group Gli Agatini, games, jugglers, street artists, and special effects. 🎤 At 9:30 PM: Experience a concert by Cosimo Papandrea, the king of ethno-folk music. 🍸 Following the concert: A cocktail bar and DJ set by Joshua Giglio will keep the party going. 📍 This event is organized by the Associazione MediterRhegion, featuring official Calabriando and Kamaj merchandise, including limited-edition commemorative t-shirts.
