The 17th edition of Novello e Castagne in Miglianico celebrates the flavors of autumn with a grand bonfire lit every evening at 6:00 PM. Indulge in local specialties like arrosticini, ribatte, polenta, pasta alla trappetara, pizze fojie, and pallotte cace e ove. On Sunday, food stands will also be open for lunch, and the event will take place even in case of bad weather.
Savor authentic Abruzzese cuisine with unique dishes such as Pallotte cace e ove (cheese and egg meatballs), Pizze Fojie (savory pies), and Ribatte (traditional local flatbreads). Join us for three days of festivities! On November 6, 2026, the Grand Bonfire will be lit at 6:00 PM, followed by music with Sergio e gli amici.
