The town squares will fill with the irresistible aroma of roasted chestnuts, cooked over open fires and served free of charge. Traditional cellars will reopen, inviting you to savor dishes made with chestnuts and the unique Maccaroni Canepinesi (also known as Fieno di Canepina). The event also features cultural activities, live music, exhibitions, and reviews.
