Get ready for three days of delicious food and fun at the Fabbrica Social Center! This gastronomic festival celebrates the best of Emilia-Romagna cuisine, with a special focus on lasagna, tagliatelle, and other regional specialties. Join us for dinner on Friday and Saturday starting at 7 PM, or for Sunday lunch from 12 PM (takeaway available from 11:30 AM). Your participation helps support the expansion of the Fabbrica facility.
Indulge in a mouth-watering selection of Emilia-Romagna's finest, including classic baked lasagna, vegetarian lasagna, and hearty polenta with homemade ragù. Savor fresh tagliatelle with either rich ragù or delicate shallot sauce. For meat lovers, we offer succulent lamb arrosticini, mixed castrato, and marinated chicken, all served with crispy fries. Don't miss unique local treats like fried cheese, fried polenta, or fried polenta with creamy Squacquerone cheese. And of course, enjoy a perfectly cooked tagliata steak with fries, all paired with excellent local Sangiovese wine.
Join us for dinner on Friday, September 25th, starting at 7:00 PM. Dinner continues on Saturday, September 26th, from 7:00 PM. On Sunday, September 27th, enjoy lunch from 12:00 PM, with takeaway options available between 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM. The menu features Lasagne, Tagliatelle, Polenta, Arrosticini, and various mixed meats, all complemented by local Sangiovese wine.
