The eleventh edition of "La Via del gusto" brings the Contrade of Ripi back as protagonists with a food and wine event in the historic center. You can taste typical local dishes prepared by the Contrade's stands, accompanied by musical entertainment. Admission is free, and dishes can be purchased individually.
Indulge in authentic local flavors with a selection of traditional Italian dishes. Savor homemade pasta like Fini Fini al Pomodoro and Gnocchi al sugo, rich Pecora al sugo, and classic Polpette al sugo. Don't miss the savory Salsicce e contorno and the delightful street food favorite, Pizza fritta.
Join us for the 11th edition of La Via del Gusto - Contrade Ripane on Saturday, July 4, 2026, starting at 7:30 PM in Ripi (FR)'s Historic Center. Admission is free! Enjoy typical dishes from the Contrade stands, including Salsicce e contorno, Polpette al sugo, Pizza fritta, Fini Fini al Pomodoro, Gnocchi al sugo, and Pecora al sugo. Live musical entertainment will be provided by Chiara Castaldi Voice. A shuttle bus service will be available. In case of rain, the event will be postponed to Saturday, July 11.
