📅 NOVEMBER 7, 2026: 'Alchimie d'Autunno' (Autumn Alchemies) in Santa Massenza. 🍽️ DISTILLERY TOUR (2:00 PM - 6:30 PM): Embark on a five-stop journey through aromas, botanicals, woods, and traditions. Meet the producers, hear their stories, enjoy tastings, and savor finger food prepared by Chef Paolo Betti, featuring products from the 'Mese del Gusto'. Participating distilleries include Giulio & Mauro, Maxentia, Casimiro, Francesco, and Giovanni Poli. 🍽️ GRAPPA IN THE KITCHEN (7:30 PM): A special tasting dinner crafted by Chef Paolo Betti at the Antica distilleria Giovanni Poli Santa Massenza.
