The 35th edition of 'La Montagna Produce' in Desulo, part of the 'Autunno in Barbagia' series, is a vibrant celebration of Gennargentu traditions. This festival showcases local craftsmanship, rich culture, and authentic regional products. Visitors can enjoy guided tastings, engaging exhibitions, parades of traditional Sardinian attire, and concerts featuring renowned Italian artists like Bobby Solo and Patty Pravo, alongside performances by local folk groups and choirs.
Indulge in the authentic flavors of the Sardinian mountains with a selection of traditional products. Savor delicious torrone, a classic nougat confection, alongside a variety of local cheeses, fresh ricotta, and other unique agro-food specialties sourced directly from the mountain region.

Discover exhibitions on Sardinian Fauna and Flora, Botany, and the Biodiversity of Gennargentu, plus displays of books and historical documents. 📍 9:00 AM - Issiria Historic Center: The district opens, featuring the Church of Santa Croce and the 'Tesori Devozionali' exhibition. 📍 10:00 AM - Issiria Historic Center: Witness the 'Pennellate di Montagna' live painting competition, judged by Leo Pes. 📍 10:00 AM - Near Villa Contu, Issiria: Attend the PREMIO LETTERARIO DEI POETI DI MONTAGNA (Mountain Poets Literary Prize) awards ceremony, including 'I Giovani Custodi della Montagna' (Young Guardians of the Mountain).
