The Knödelfest is a celebration of dumplings held in Imer, in the beautiful Primiero Valley. For two days, you can savor over 20 varieties of canederli (dumplings), both savory and sweet, in traditional and innovative versions. These delicious treats are perfectly paired with local Trentino wines, beers, and grappas. The festival program includes charming markets, lively Tyrolean folk music performances, the spectacular Fire Wheel, a fun beer stein challenge, and the election of Miss and Mister Canederlo, all creating a warm and festive atmosphere.

The festival kicks off on September 5th at 9:30 AM with the opening of the markets, followed by food stands opening at 12:00 PM. Enjoy shows and activities from 3:00 PM, witness the spectacular La Ruota di Fuoco at 8:30 PM, and cheer for Miss & Mister Canederlo at 9:30 PM. The evening concludes with a concert by SoundKlaut at 10:15 PM. On September 6th, the markets open at 8:30 AM, with kids' activities starting at 10:30 AM and food stands opening at 12:00 PM. The La Ruota di Fuoco returns at 8:30 PM for another dazzling display.
