The Kalabria Eco Fest (KEF) is a self-funded ecological and cultural festival held in the Gigliara di Polia (VV) forest, nestled in the Serre Calabresi mountains. The sixth edition in 2026 will feature live music, DJ sets, workshops on bio-architecture and permaculture, environmental symposiums, art installations, theatrical rituals, and guided excursions. Organized by the Kalabria Eco ETS association, the festival relies on volunteer efforts and crowdfunding, operating without public funding.
