Porto Viro (Rovigo) is set to become a global capital of taste! Get ready for the 101st stop of the International Street Food festival, Italy's largest traveling food event. From Friday, October 9th to Sunday, October 11th, 2026, Piazza della Repubblica will host three days of exceptional gastronomic delights. This unforgettable weekend transforms Porto Viro into a vibrant stage for flavors, tradition, and conviviality, showcasing the best of national and international street food. The event is expertly organized by Alfredo Orofino, president of A.I.R.S. – Associazione Italiana Ristoratori di Strada, in collaboration with Confartigianato Polesine and with the patronage of the Municipality of Porto Viro. Prepare for a sensory journey without borders, celebrating diverse culinary traditions right here in Italy.
The official inauguration is scheduled for Friday, October 9th, 2026, at 5:00 PM, with food stands open until midnight. On Saturday, October 10th, and Sunday, October 11th, 2026, the festival will be open from 12:00 PM (noon) to 12:00 AM (midnight). Admission is completely free for all three days.
