Get ready for the 28th edition of I Primi d'Italia, the National Festival dedicated to Italy's beloved 'first courses'! For four delicious days in Foligno, you can enjoy continuous tastings of pasta, rice, soups, gnocchi, and many other specialties. Over a hundred recipes will be served non-stop in the 'Villaggi del Gusto' (Taste Villages) throughout the historic city center. The festival also features demonstrations by renowned chefs, engaging cooking lessons, vibrant street food stalls, and live entertainment. Kids can get their hands messy with 'mani in pasta' workshops, while parents can attend informative sessions on healthy eating.
Indulge in a wide array of Italian 'primi' – the delicious first courses that are a cornerstone of Italian cuisine. The festival runs for four days with extended hours, giving you plenty of time to savor all the flavors. On Thursday, the festivities kick off from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. From Friday to Sunday, the event is open all day, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
