Since 1979, the Gran Festa da d'Istà has been celebrating the end of summer in Canazei with traditional dishes and folk music. In the large central tent, tourists and locals alike can savor Trentino specialties and enjoy performances by Austrian, South Tyrolean, and Ladin musical groups. The final Sunday comes alive with parades of marching bands and folk groups from the 5 Ladin valleys.
