The 12th edition of Frattaglia Day returns to Sant'Antonio di Medicina, an event dedicated to rediscovering 'frattaglie'—animal offal that was once central to traditional Italian peasant cuisine. Attendees can savor maccheroncini al ragù, polenta with offal ragù, tripe, Venetian-style liver, and other authentic specialties. The event includes live music and takes place even in bad weather, with limited seating and mandatory reservations.
