The Pro Loco, in collaboration with the Comunità di Masareto, invites you to rediscover the authentic flavors and aromas of this ancient village, just like in the old days, gathered around traditional wood-fired ovens. This festival offers a delicious array of local specialties, from homemade bread and cured meats to regional cheeses, savory potato cake, and sweet pastries, all perfectly paired with excellent Lambrusco wine.
Indulge in a true taste of Emilia-Romagna with freshly baked 'pan fat in ca'' (homemade bread), a selection of local cured meats ('salùm') and cheeses ('furmái'), the hearty 'turti ed patati' (potato cake), and delightful 'turti dulsi' (sweet cakes).
