For 20 days, the absolute star is Vialone Nano Mantovano rice, offered in numerous preparations by local Pro Loco associations. The traditional risotto alla pilota is a must-try, alongside many other risottos prepared with different ingredients. The event also includes show cooking, entertainment, music, conferences, and a trade fair.
