Then, enjoy a series of captivating show cookings: Fabio Amato prepares pasta fagioli e cozze at 7:30 PM, Mister Mario showcases risotto alla Nerano at 8:30 PM, and Chef Francesco Lorusso from Ristorante Bramea presents trota in scapece and baccalà tutto lucano at 9:30 PM.
