Explore, taste, discover, and always be ready for new sounds. Curiosity fuels the intellect. Now in its 36th edition, the Festival delle Colline continues this mission, unearthing hidden gems from the international music scene that mainstream media often overlooks. In some cases, we even create unique collaborations between renowned musicians and talented local artists. You'll find a diverse lineup, with some artists completely new to Italy, but all of them beautiful. Imagine the guitar genius of New Yorker Marc Ribot sharing the stage with an Italian songwriting legend like Don Backy, accompanied by the Filarmonica Verdi di Poggio a Caiano, our local town band. Crazy? No, just beautiful. The Festival will also feature Alessandro Galati's latest masterpiece, "G plays G," a stunning album where the pianist reinterprets some of Gershwin's most intense works. And there are three more delightful surprises: Adriano Bono's vibrant Reggae Circus, and, for their first time in Italy, Dirty Cello, an American group led by Rebecca Roundman's crossover cello virtuosity. Finally, a truly enjoyable American duo from Charlottesville, Virginia: Morwenna Lasko & Jay Pun.
