From October 2nd to 18th, 2026, the Parish of San Tomaso in Caneva (PN) invites you to a lively community festival! Enjoy a fantastic atmosphere with food stands serving typical local dishes, a cozy heated marquee, and a packed schedule of events. You'll get to savor authentic regional specialties, dance to live music, and even join in on some fun sports activities.
Indulge in a variety of authentic Italian flavors, from a traditional village lunch featuring local recipes to unique specialties like Frico, a delicious cheese and potato dish, and Trippe, a classic Italian comfort food. For something different, there's even Paella, a nod to international flavors enjoyed in Italy.
The festival is packed with events! Join the Burraco Tournament on October 3rd. On October 4th, enjoy a Trippe specialty dinner followed by live music from Avanzi di Balerà. October 5th features an artistic gymnastics exhibition and a fun quiz night with Il Cervellone. On October 11th, savor a Frico specialty dinner with a DJ set by Pier Fedeli. October 12th offers a traditional village lunch and an evening with the Happy Days band. The festival concludes on October 18th with a Paella specialty dinner and music from Los Muchachos. On October 19th, take a scenic walk, 'Le ricchezze del territorio,' join a Cornhole tournament, and play Tombola.
