Solemn patron saint celebrations in honor of the Holy Apostles Pietro and Paolo in San Pietro di Montoro. The event includes a rich religious program with novenas, masses in the districts, and processions, culminating with the 'incendio del campanile' (bell tower burning). A Food Truck area will also be available for the civil program.
📅 June 20-28: Novena of preparation. Every day at 7:30 PM, recitation of the rosary, and at 8:00 PM, Eucharistic celebration and novena prayer. 📅 June 20-22: Celebrations will be presided over by Don Domenico Spisso and Don Davide Barra. 📅 June 23: Mass in the rioni (districts) in via Avvocato Giustino Gervasio, at the UNIM cooperative. 📅 June 24: Mass in the rioni in via Paolo Trucillo, at the "Pini" cooperative. 📅 June 25: Mass in the rioni in Piazza Mercato, via Roma. 📅 June 26: Eucharistic celebration with catechetical meditation by Suor Veronica Iandolo. 📅 June 27: Eucharistic celebration with catechetical meditation by Suor Veronica Iandolo. 📅 June 27-30: 🍽️ Food Trucks in via Giustino G. 📅 June 28: Eucharistic celebration with catechetical meditation by Suor Veronica Iandolo. 📅 June 28 at 9:00 PM: Welcome of the XXXVII Fiaccola della Pace (Torch of Peace). 📅 June 29 at 8:00 AM: Holy Mass. 📅 June 29 at 8:30 AM: 🎵 Arrival of the Gran Concerto Bandistico "Vieni a suonare con noi" from Bracigliano (Sa) and traditional parade through the streets of the communities of San Pietro and Caliano. 📅 June 29 at 11:30 AM: Solemn Eucharistic celebration presided over by the parish priest Don Domenico Spisso. 📅 June 29 at 7:45 PM: Procession with the simulacra of the patron saints along the traditional route. 📅 June 29 at 9:30 PM: Archbishop Sua Ecc.za Mons. Andrea Bellandi, at the end of the procession, will entrust the community to the holy apostles and impart a blessing. Afterwards, there will be the traditional 'incendio del campanile' (bell tower burning) by the pyrotechnic company "Morsani" from Rieti. 📅 June 30 at 7:00 PM: Eucharistic celebration and procession with the simulacra of Saints Antonio Abate and Vincenzo Ferreri from San Pietro to the community of Caliano.
