The "Feste d'Ottobre" in Sassetta are a series of culinary events celebrating the ancient flavors of Tuscany. Organized by Pubblica Assistenza Sassetta, these festivals offer local specialties like chestnuts, polenta, and roasted thrushes. The event includes the historic "Tordata," now in its 57th edition, where thousands of thrushes and other roasted meats are cooked right in the town square.
