Three nights dedicated to celebrating puccia nera con olive, a black olive flatbread with De.C.O. certification, a true Salento specialty. Food stalls will be serving hot uliate, traditional dishes, and typical desserts, all accompanied by excellent local wine and draft beer. The event also features artisan markets, a kids' play area, a Luna Park, a drink zone with DJ sets, and the traditional Olive Pit Spitting Contest.
