Get ready for the sixth edition of Festa Sarda in Cassolnovo! This four-day immersive festival will transport you to Sardinia with its incredible aromas and flavors. Enjoy a traditional menu featuring spaghetti alla bottarga, malloreddus, porcheddu, fried calamari, and authentic Pecorino Sardo cheese. Pair your meal with Sardinian wines like Vermentino and Cannonau, or try Mirto liqueur, and finish with a delicious seadas pastry. Dinners start at 7:30 PM, with Sunday also offering lunch from 12:30 PM. All seating is indoors, so you can enjoy the festivities comfortably.
Indulge in a true taste of Sardinia with our traditional menu. Savor first courses like gnocchetti with Sardinian sauce (Malloreddus) and spaghetti alla bottarga. For main courses, delight in roasted suckling pig (Porcheddu arrustidu), fried calamari, and Sardinian sausage. Don't miss the authentic Pecorino Sardo cheese. To drink, we offer refreshing Vermentino and robust Cannonau wines, along with the unique Mirto liqueur. For dessert, treat yourself to a traditional Seadas pastry.
Join us for dinner starting at 7:30 PM on Thursday, September 3rd; Friday, September 4th; and Saturday, September 5th. On Sunday, September 6th, we'll have lunch from 12:30 PM, followed by dinner from 7:30 PM (while supplies last).
