Volturara Irpina celebrates the 100th anniversary of the Festa in onore di Sant'Antonio di Padova with a rich program of events. This festival includes religious ceremonies, processions with the Saint's statue and relics, band concerts, and live musical performances. It's an unmissable event for both locals and visitors.
Join us in Volturara Irpina (AV) at the Parrocchia di S. Nicola di Bari for the 109th Centenario della Festa from July 17-28, 2026. The novena in honor of Sant'Antonio di Padova begins on Saturday, July 17th at 5:00 PM. On Friday, July 24th, enjoy live music with Achille e il suo Complesso at 9:00 PM, followed by a DJ set featuring DJ Raf Colucci, DJ Rob del Percio, DJ M3rcur9, and DJ Cocco. Saturday, July 25th kicks off at 8:00 AM with the arrival of the "Città di Ailano" and "Città di Conversano G. Piantoni" Musical Bands. At 10:45 AM, witness the reception of the relics and a procession, followed by a concert in Piazza Roma at 12:00 PM. An Eucharistic Celebration presided over by the Archbishop will take place at 5:00 PM, and the evening concludes with alternating classical music performances by the bands starting at 8:30 PM.
