Get ready for ten days of pure Italian summer fun at the Festa d'Inizio Estate in Resina, Perugia! From June 26th to July 5th, this vibrant Sagra offers something for everyone. Each evening, our food stands open with a different delicious menu, featuring homemade gnocchi, stuffed 'mezze lune' pasta, and incredible slow-cooked Asado meats prepared 'a 2 fuochi' and 'alla croce'. After dinner, the party continues with lively dance nights featuring live orchestras and special guests like Cristiano Malgioglio and REWIND 90. There's also a dedicated beer area for younger crowds and inflatable games to keep the kids entertained.
