August 28, 2026 – August 30, 2026 · Domagnano (RSM)
The Festa di Torraccia celebrates the Beata Vergine della Misericordia with a rich program of events. Food stands will offer authentic local specialties like strozzapreti pasta, cotiche e fagioli (pork rinds and beans), trippa nostrana (local tripe), and savory sausages. You'll also find live music, games for children, and a 'wheel of fortune' to entertain everyone.
Indulge in a variety of local flavors, from classic strozzapreti pasta and hearty cotiche e fagioli to traditional trippa nostrana and grilled sausages. For lighter bites, there's piada (flatbread), prosciutto, and crispy fries. Don't miss the special paella, gratè, and fresh salads. Sweeten your experience with crostata, and pair your meal with a glass of local Sangiovese wine.
