Comacchio celebrates its Patron Saint, San Cassiano, with five days packed with events! The program includes live music, captivating shows, local traditions, international street food, and a fun fair. Don't miss the historic boat race, exciting tombolas (bingo-style games), and a traditional fireworks display to conclude the festivities.

The fun kicks off daily from August 7th to 13th with the Luna Park on Via Zappata, open from 4:00 PM to midnight. On Monday, August 10th, at 9:00 PM, enjoy a free guided tour, 'Alla scoperta di San Cassiano e della sua cattedrale,' at the Basilica Concattedrale di San Cassiano. Tuesday, August 11th, at 9:00 PM, features 'Accuratio et Expressivitas,' an organ concert by Fabio Ciofini, also at the Basilica Concattedrale di San Cassiano. Wednesday, August 12th, brings the opening of 'La Plaza del Gusto' street food area at 6:00 PM in Piazza XX Settembre, followed by a concert from Ophidia Band at 9:30 PM in Piazza XX Settembre, and Sister's & Friend at 9:30 PM in Piazzetta Trepponti. The evening concludes with the 'Tombola dei commercianti' drawing at midnight in Piazza XX Settembre. Thursday, August 13th, starts with 'Incontri Musicali alla Foce: Purple, Starman e Freedom' by the Civica Scuola di Musica di Comacchio at 6:00 PM at Stazione Foce – Valli di Comacchio. 'La Plaza del Gusto' street food area reopens at 6:00 PM in Piazza XX Settembre. At 6:00 PM, there's a solemn Holy Mass in honor of the Patron Saint with a blessing of boats at the Basilica Concattedrale di San Cassiano. The historic Regata Storica di San Cassiano with traditional 'vulicepi' boats begins at 7:00 PM from Circolo ANMI on the Canale Navigabile, followed by a tasting of 'frittura di valle.' Live music continues with Supersoul at 9:30 PM in Piazza XX Settembre and 'Quasi... Tale e Quale Show' at 9:30 PM in Piazzetta Trepponti. The Tombola and Lottery drawing takes place at 11:30 PM in Piazza XX Settembre, with a spectacular fireworks display over Ponte San Pietro to follow.
