On Saturday, October 17th, Poggibonsi brings back the 8th Festa delle Paste Sudice su i' conigliolo, a unique event to rediscover a traditional Tuscan dish: "paste sudice" with rabbit sauce, once a Sunday staple for local housewives. The Pro Loco association invites you to a fixed-menu dinner at 8:00 PM, featuring porchetta, crostini, the famous "paste sudice," and schiacciata con l'uva.
Indulge in a delightful fixed-menu dinner featuring a variety of traditional Tuscan appetizers like savory porchetta, chickpea salad, and assorted crostini (toasted bread with toppings like mushrooms and the local 'crostini neri'). For your main course, savor the authentic "paste sudice su i' conigliolo" (pasta with rabbit sauce) or a classic tomato pasta. Conclude your meal with traditional desserts such as schiacciata con l'uva (grape focaccia), a small ricotta cream, and cantucci biscuits, all accompanied by beverages and coffee.
