The 27th edition of the Festa della Trebbiatura e del Folklore celebrates the rich traditions of the Marche region in the heart of Cingoli. Enjoy four days of delicious local cuisine, including hearty polenta with sauce, frascarelli pasta, roasted goose, and mixed grilled meats. Evenings come alive with traditional dance music, local dialect comedy, and a historical re-enactment of the threshing process, complete with tastings of ancient-flavored products.
