This festival celebrates the iconic Polenta Taragna, a hearty local dish, served alongside delicious game meats like wild boar (cinghiale) and roe deer (capriolo), plus the unique 'spiedino el-pincia' skewer. Evenings come alive with DJ sets that keep the party going late. Kitchens are open for dinner only.
