The Festa della Salsiccia in Careggine celebrates a local specialty with a weekend full of delicious food and great music. The 2026 Super Special Edition sandwiches, featuring a generous 180g sausage, rapini, scamorza cheese, and a hint of chili on multigrain bread, are the undisputed stars of the festival. Enjoy live music ranging from traditional Italian liscio to a Gigi D'Agostino tribute, plus a pole dance performance and DJ sets late into the night. Doors open at 6:30 PM, with a covered area available in case of rain.

The festival kicks off on Friday, July 24th, at 6:30 PM with traditional Italian liscio music by "I Ciao." On Saturday, July 25th, starting at 6:30 PM, get ready for a Gigi D'Agostino Disco Tribute with DJ Carlo Quondam, featuring an Extreme Fitness Lab Pole Dance exhibition during the evening. The festivities conclude on Sunday, July 26th, with a disco set by DJ Piero Landi, also starting at 6:30 PM. All events will have ample covered space in case of rain.
