Get ready for the 25th edition of the Festa della Ribollita in Vacchereccia, a charming hamlet of San Giovanni Valdarno. This popular festival offers traditional Tuscan delights, including the hearty ribollita soup, grilled meats, fagioli all’uccelletto (beans with sage and tomato), and the unique panello con l’uva (grape bread). All dishes are lovingly prepared by local volunteers. The event spans two weekends, from September 4th to 6th and September 11th to 12th, with evening openings and full-day Sunday service to savor these authentic Tuscan specialties.
