The Pro Loco Struda APS, with the patronage of the Municipality of Vernole, proudly presents the Festa della Patata. This event is a fantastic opportunity to savor delicious potato dishes, prepared in various ways – fried, boiled, or sautéed – alongside local wines. The festival also features the traditional Palo della Cuccagna and live music from "I Pizzicati."
Indulge in a variety of potato preparations, from crispy fried to perfectly boiled or sautéed, all paired with excellent local wines. It's a true taste of authentic regional flavors!
Join us on July 11th in Madonna di San Fili, Monteroni, starting at 7:00 PM for the exciting Palo della Cuccagna and delicious potato and wine tastings. The festivities continue on July 12th in Piazza Madonna della Neve, Struda (LE), from 8:00 PM, with live music by "I Pizzicati" and more potato and wine delights.
