Saturday, June 20 – Monastero delle Benedettine, 9:00 am: round‑table conference on boosting the Nocellara del Belice. 11:00 am: masterclass exploring the sensory and physical qualities of the hill‑grown extra‑virgin oil. Later, at Piazza Falcone/Borsellino, 6:00 pm: kids’ attractions. 7:00 pm: cooking show in partnership with the Istituto Alberghiero di Castelvetrano. 9:00 pm: summer‑night music spectacle featuring hit after hit. Sunday, June 21 – 9:00 am: guided tours of local farms with tastings. Throughout the day, Piazza Falcone/Borsellino and Corso Vittorio Emanuele host free tastings of oil and olives.
